START TO SCALE: Workshop on New Venture Management

In continuation of TREC-STEP’s efforts to provide focussed Incubation inputs and latest venture development services to its Incubatees, TREC-STEP, in partnership with the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy), has organized a ‘Workshop on New Venture Management’ as the first programme in 2018, in the series of Venture Incubation Programmes and Supports planned for the TREC-STEP Incubatees.
The Workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Bhimaraya Metri, Director, Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, Mr. A. V. Krishnan, Chairman, TREC-STEP and Former Executive Director, BHEL Trichy, presided over the function and Mr. R. M. P. Jawhar, Executive Director, TREC-STEP will deliver a Special Address.
28 TREC-STEP Incubatees enthusiastically participated and benefitted from the programme inputs, primarily on Business strategy, marketing and financial management.
