TREC STEP wins the Smart Incubator Award From India Smart Grid Forum, PPP initiative of The Ministry of Power, Government of India under the ISGF Innovation Awards 2017

The Smart Incubator Award….

TREC-STEP has been selected as the first ever winner of the unique Smart Incubator of the Year 2016, by India Smart Grid Forum, PPP initiative of Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. This under the ISGF Innovation Awards 2017, is given in recognition of TREC-STEP’s Business Incubation Performance, Innovation and Societal Impact, including its unique Contributions to the Power Sector.

The prestigious Award Ceremony is a part of the INDIA SMART GRID WEEK (ISGW 2017), organised by India Smart Grids Forum, PPP of Ministry of Power, Government of India, at New Delhi from 07-10 March 2017. The Award was received by the Executive Director, TREC-STEP, Mr. R. M. P. Jawahar, from Shri. Reji Kumar Pillai, President, ISGF and Chairman, Global Smart Grid Forum, on 9thMarch 2017. Policy makers, prominent National and International Experts, Entrepreneurs and Industry Members from the Energy and Smart grids sector, Academia and young Technocrats, graced the occasion.
