Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India Felicitates Mr. R. M. P. Jawahar, Executive Director, TREC STEP

Mr. R. M. P. Jawahar, Executive Director, TREC-STEP was felicitated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, the 12th August, 2022, at New Delhi, on the occasion of the Start-up Utsav organized by the Ministry, to commemorate the 75 Years of Indian Independence. The felicitation is an ‘Appreciation and recognition of his notable contribution towards Innovation, Incubation and Start-up Ecosystem in the country’. The citation was presented by Dr. Ajai Chowdhry, Founder HCL Technologies and Chairperson FICCI Start-up Committee.

The Award is in recognition of Mr. R. M. P. Jawahar’s, three plus decades of dedicated service towards the development of Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship, in the country, promoting over 400 ventures and also in grooming several institutions in successfully promoting their business incubators.

The felicitation Plaque states that, “The Department of Science and Technology, Government of India is immensely pleased to felicitate Mr. R. M. P. Jawahar for his years of dedicated service in fostering innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship in the country.
